AnyReader v.1.0 Released

Posted 2006-02-15 by Konstantin Romanovsky

New product: AnyReader v.1.0 has been released.

AnyReader is a data copy software for non-readable media: CD, DVD, LAN-Drives, flash memory, ZIP disk, floppy disk, etc. AnyReader effectively copies corrupted data from any type of disks or erroneous connection if the standard copying methods reject the process. Program supports resumed downloads from the remote PC if connection was broken during the copy process (especially useful for unreliable Wi-Fi networks).

AnyReader is great for recovering files from scratched CD's or defective floppy/hard disks. Normally when your computer is unable to copy files from a damaged disk it will abort and delete the portition of the file it has copied. AnyReader will continue copying the file right to the end; any unrecoverable data after many retries is replaced with blanks. This will allow you to truely recover every byte of information that is available for recovery.

Some situations where AnyReader can help:

  1. Recovery of inaccessible data on floppy, CD and DVD disks.
  2. Resumed downloads from the remote PC across unreliable Wi-Fi networks or wired LAN
  3. Recovery of corrupted or unreadable files.
  4. Damaged or defective CD-ROM, CD R/RW, DVD-ROM, DVD R/RW data recovery.
  5. Recovery of data on Iomega ZIP, JAZ, or MO disks.

Using AnyReader is safe and risk-free. The software does not write data to your original disks, but saves the recovered data to a new folder that you specify.
